Donation Agreement (Please Read)

I understand that I am participating in a preservation project with the College of Coastal Georgia, in which I may provide materials to the archives related to the COVID-19 pandemic.  These materials include, but are not limited to oral histories, photographs, audio recordings and video recordings.  By submitting materials to this project, I waive all ownership of the digital version of these materials and authorize the College of Coastal Georgia to share my submissions with the public and to preserve those materials for future use.
